The team of Rusatom Service JSC is glad to announce that the annual scheduled overhaul of the sixth power unit of Kozloduy NPP was successfully completed.
During the coronavirus pandemic, Rusatom Service JSC organized a visit of specialists from Russian organizations to the NPP site to support the repair of systems and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation of the power unit with strict observance of all epidemic prevention requirements.
During the scheduled maintenance (SM) there were successfully conducted the envisaged repair and maintenance of the unit equipment and systems and a number of activities related to the long-term operation of the nuclear power plant. The reactor was reloaded with fresh fuel for the next fuel campaign.
As a result, all required scheduled maintenance and repair for systems and equipment of NPP power 6 were completed successfully and timely.

In order to ensure that the work is carried out in full, Russia and Bulgaria took all necessary sanitary measures to ensure safe work of the specialists. We express our deep gratitude to our Bulgarian colleagues, as well as to all specialists of Russian organizations who took part in this unique SM.
