In accordance with Federal Law No. 223-FZ, the Regulations on the Procurement of ETC GET JSC is the Unified Industry Procurement Standard (Regulations on Procurement) of Rosatom State Corporation, approved by the Decision of the sole shareholder of ETC GET JSC of 13.05.2020 and published on the official website of the Unified Information System in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs www.zakupki.gov.ru, and on the official website for placing orders for the procurement of goods, works and services for the needs of Rosatom State Corporation www.zakupki.rosatom.ru.

The official website of ETC GET JSC for publishing information within the framework of Federal Law No. 223-FZ is the official website of the Unified Information System in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs, www.zakupki.gov.ru and the official website for posting orders for the procurement of goods, works and services for the needs of Rosatom State Corporation is www.zakupki.rosatom.ru.

Rusatom Service JSC, as well as ETC GET JSC and AtomTechExport JSC (ATEX JSC) included in its management circuit:

- carry out procurement activities exclusively within the framework of the unified industry procurement standard of Rosatom State Corporation!

- place quotation requests, price survey and procurement documentation only

on the official electronic trading platforms;

- do not send e-mail notifications of absentee recognition as the winner

in any procurement procedures.

When conducting correspondence, pay attention to the compliance of addresses of companies’ official websites with e-mail addresses of incoming messages. If necessary, call the numbers listed on the official websites.

Upon receipt of such messages, please report them to anticor@rusatomservice.ru or 0707@rosatom.ru, and do not perform any actions imposed on you in order to avoid material damage as a result of the actions of intruders”.
