Rosatom SC signs strategic cooperation agreement with T Plus PJSC

On June 17, 2022 in St. Petersburg Rosatom State Corporation and the largest Russian private electricity and heat supply company T Plus PJSC signed an agreement on strategic cooperation in digital transformation.

The agreement was signed during the 25th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, dedicated to the global and Russian economy, social issues and technology development.

The agreement established the main areas and principles of cooperation between the parties and implementation of joint projects as part of digital transformation. In particular, the parties agreed to develop cooperation on T Plus PJSC projects related to Digital Grid and Digital Station, dynamic simulation, and the Unified Digital Heating Hub.

The work under the aforementioned projects will be implemented by ETC GET JSC, a subsidiary of Rusatom Service JSC, a key player in the digital modeling market for nuclear and thermal power plants.

Rosatom State Corporation is systematically working towards finding the most promising partnerships. For us, cooperation with T Plus PJSC, Russia's largest private company in heat supply and a leader in business process automation, is a logical step in digital transformation development. We are considering a number of joint projects, including the Digital Station, a unique product for the Russian market that enables to improve the technological and economic efficiency of power plant equipment. Kirill Komarov, First Deputy General Director and Director of Development and International Business Unit of Rosatom State Corporation said that he was sure that the strategic cooperation between the companies would enable them to bring the power supply of Russian cities to a qualitatively new level.

"Digital transformation is the foundation of T Plus PJSC business development. Today, efficient and reliable energy generation is impossible without modern technologies. Therefore, together with Rosatom divisions, we plan to create a completely new approach to the heat supply. The projects will be implemented using Russian technologies and will be advanced for the whole country," said Andrey Wagner, General Director of T Plus PJSC.

"Cooperation with T Plus PJSC significantly expands the boundaries of our company's capabilities: the joint projects will bring the digital transformation of business to a new level, and we are ready to fulfill our potential in this area. I hope that the conclusion of the strategic cooperation agreement will be an important milestone in development of long-term business relations between Rosatom SC and T Plus PJSC," said Alexey Kovalevich, Managing Director of ETC GET JSC.
