Rusatom Services JSC team is pleased to announce that we have taken another important step toward expansion of our global presence.

In close cooperation with MVM we have registered a joint venture, European Power Services Ltd., in Hungary. The new company will provide the European market with services in nuclear power, conventional power, renewable energy, oil and gas and other industrial sectors.

The joint venture is aimed at combining scientific and industrial resources of Rosatom SC companies with local engineering and applied skills of MVM Group. This synergy will enable the companies to service equipment and energy facilities as efficiently as possible and provide completely new opportunities for business expansion in the competitive European market. We are deeply convinced that today's customer is looking for something more from a service than just a specific equipment or service and it expects to get the best solution for its daily problems.

The Hungarian and Russian sides are the founders and shareholders of the new legal entity on a parity basis. However, in terms of corporate consolidation, European Power Services Ltd. is part of MVM Group and a full resident in Hungary.
